The young men at our Los Angeles sober living homes work with our Director of Education to assess their strengths and aspirations and, with the support of their families, will be placed into one of these tracks. Patricia has been actively involved with Newlife since the Charity was launched in 1991 and became a Trustee in 2017. She brings her considerable commercial, retail and marketing skills to her role supporting this charity. A common thread throughout her career has been using great people skills to build strong and capable teams.
Dr. Lichtman brings his extensive experience with addiction psychiatry to serving the young men of Maverick House Review. Dominic is the Manager at New Life West, and is a graduate of Maverick House Review himself. As such, Dominic has a comprehensive understanding of the program, and a love for helping others actualize their recovery.
Many of our partners have worked with us for several years, and all are considered part of the New Life family. Everyday life contains possible triggers for those in recovery from addiction that can tempt them to start drinking or using drugs again. Coming from a commercial marketing background, D’Arcy has been working in the charity sector for 30 years. He brings with him a wealth of experience in the charity sector, both as an interim and full time CEO. He was one of the founding trustees for The Small Charities Coalition, has been Chairperson for The Parity Trust and The Charterhouse Group of Therapeutic Communities. He currently chairs both The Smallwood Trust and The Association of Charitable Organisations. Dedicated to impact with integrity and compassion, he is now helping the charity’s Board of Trustees prepare Newlife for its next steps and the appointment of a new CEO.
